New Year, New YOU?

New Year, New You?

Happy 2019! And….Happy Chinese New Year next week! So, what’s your new year’s resolution? I’m sure many will say “Baah humbug! Not again”… (eye roll) but if you don’t have a plan, how can you achieve it?

For those who have yet to plan your resolution this year, here’s some guidelines:

  1. You must be willing to change

A resolution means to improve oneself for the better and continuously improving yourself personally, financially, and especially health as well.  To achieve this, you must be willing to change for the better.

  1. Share your goals with someone

Your closest and dearest will certainly love a new you, so if you share your goals with your siblings, other half, parents and BFFs, they will certainly have your back. They will push you to achieve it and it will be easier for you to shed those kilos off your tummy, or improve your performance at work or whatever you fancy!

  1. Reward yourself

No doubt, positive motivation works better (at least for me). So a cheat day, or Secret Recipe’s cake or Godiva truffles once in a while, can certainly boost your morale.

  1. Keep Calm and Carry on

IF all fails, try to keep calm and carry on.  And……go with the flow?
