Associate Professor Dr Norsiah Aminudin is the Programme Director for Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Cluster of Business and Management. She joined OUM on February 2017.

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Major in  Human Resource Management from University of Strathclyde, UK (2005)
• MA in Human Resource Management from University of Newcastle- Upon Tyne, UK (1992)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (Dean’s List) from Ohio University, Athens, USA. (1987)
