Hi, I am Raemah abdullah Hashim (DPA, BBA, MBA, DBA) a senior lecturer  in Human resource management and management with Open University Malaysia.  I have been in the education industry for the last 20 years. I have served as consultant to a number of private and private organisations. My major area of research and consultant are in Tourism, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management. My work had been published in a number of international journals. I am also passionate in writing cases particularly on Strategic Management and Human Resource Management for teaching and were published in case journals. I also  supervise Master’s, DBA and PhD students. In the past few years, I have received assignment to write modules on tourism guiding and marketing plan for Tourism Malaysia and also several modules in multi disciplines in education for the National Skill Department, Malaysia . Prior to joining OUM, I was the Acting Dean, Deputy Dean, Head of Academic of institutions of higher learning, an entrepreneur and also an administrator of a public organisation.  I am an active member of the Tourism Educator Association of Malaysia and was involved in the NKEA Lab that organised by the Prime Ministers office (PEMANDU). I am also active member of Malaysia’s Institute of Human Resource, Malaysia where I sat as panel of judges in choosing ‘Employers of the Year” for the last three consecutive years. I was also MQA panel and an auditor for MyQuest, a body that rank local private colleges through the Malaysia Quality Evaluation System.
