About Dr Zahir         

Dr Zahir Osman is the Senior Lecturer and MBA Program Director; Cluster of Business Management He joined OUM as a tutor on 2003 and took on a full-time position in 2014 as a senior lecturer. Two years later, he was appointed as Deputy Dean, Learning Material, OUM Business School – a position he held for almost one and a half years before assuming his current position. He is interested in research areas of service quality, customer loyalty and structural equation modelling.
